Need help, found a bug, or want to report a user? Email apps@kratee.com. Please include the app version (account menu, at the bottom) and what you were doing. We aim to reply within two working days, and reports of abusive behaviour are looked at as a priority.

Reporting or blocking a pilot

Open their profile from the Crew tab and tap the “…” menu, then choose Report or Block. For a friend request, use the same menu on the request. Blocked pilots are listed under Pilot Profile, where you can unblock them.

Deleting your account

Open the account menu on the Logbook tab and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your data.

Cloud photo analysis

You can turn AI photo analysis on or off any time from the account menu. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Common questions

The app didn't identify my plane. Try a clearer photo where the tail number is visible, and you can edit the details on the spot's page.

My friend's photos aren't showing. They may have turned off catch sharing in their Pilot Profile.
